Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law (full-time program), majoring in International Economic Law from The Saigon International University, An was educated in an international-standard academic environment where critical thinking, independence, and cross-cultural collaboration are highly valued.
For An, practicing law—where regulations do not remain static on paper but evolve alongside market dynamics and global integration—is not merely about applying legal provisions. It is a process of thinking, connecting, and creating practical value for businesses.
Currently, An serves as a Paralegal at Lexsol Law Firm, providing in-depth support in the areas of Corporate Law, Domestic and Foreign Investment, and Labor Law.

PRACTICE AREAS
Currently, An supports Lexsol’s Lawyers and Associates in various legal projects across multiple practice areas, including corporate, investment, and labor law.
Key areas of involvement include:

Advising and assisting enterprises in company establishment procedures and restructuring, including changes to legal representative, business lines, and charter capital.

Participating in capital contribution transactions, capital transfers, and share purchase agreements between domestic and foreign investors.

Reviewing, drafting, and finalizing Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) application dossiers in compliance with applicable laws.

Supporting post-establishment procedures, including tax registration and seal engraving and notification.

Providing ongoing legal advisory services related to labor law, social insurance, initial tax obligations, and general compliance matters.

Advising and implementing procedures related to the employment of foreign workers, including work permit applications, temporary residence cards, and statutory notification obligations
