Chi graduated with a degree in International Law, specializing in International Commercial Law, from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. Her academic background has provided her with a solid foundation in legal knowledge, particularly in matters relating to commercial law and business activities in an increasingly integrated business environment.

Chi is also currently undertaking lawyer professional training at the Ho Chi Minh City campus of the Judicial Academy, where she continues to develop her professional skills and strengthen her ability to analyze and handle practical legal matters.

Chi is currently a Legal Assistant at Lexsol Law Firm, supporting lawyers in legal matters relating to Corporate, Labor.

With a professional focus on developing career in the legal field, Chi continues to gain practical experience, enhance her legal expertise, and develop practical legal solutions tailored to the needs of businesses.

Chi currently supports Lexsol’s lawyers on legal projects in areas including Corporate and Labor.

• Advising and assisting enterprises during the incorporation process.
• Participating in the implementation of capital contribution transactions, transfers of contributed capital, and share purchase and sale transactions between domestic and foreign investors.
• Reviewing, drafting, and finalizing Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) application dossiers in accordance with applicable laws.
• Providing ongoing legal advice to enterprises on labor matters and other legal compliance issues.
• Assisting enterprises with initial post-incorporation procedures, including tax registration, company seal engraving, and notification of the seal specimen.
• Advising on and handling procedures relating to the employment of foreign workers.
